Apana Vayu is situated in the pelvic floor and moves down and out. We will begin this weekend with a slow grounded flow focused on standing postures and hip openers, guiding us towards padmasana and pranayama working the exhalations. This practice will cultive steadiness and focus moving us towards a quiet deep Savasana.
